Chef Eric got the inspiration to start PRO-FIT-KITCHIN after realizing the need and demand of places offering food suited for a healthy lifestyle. Our menu has been carefully crafted, keeping in mind the nutritional basics, calorie intake, carbs, starches & protein that can cater to everyone's individual health goals without compromising great taste. 

We have dishes to accommodate every kind of diet & walk of life. If you are carb-cycling, no problem! We have a spicy & sexy bowl featuring salmon or ahi w/ mango salsa or a bison bowl surrounded by fresh, crisp veggies. If you are looking for a high protein meal, we have the ½ lb juicy bison burger topped w/ aged cheddar & sautéed onions. Looking for something light , unique & refreshing on those hot summer days, try our Horchata Acai Bowl. Our menu will cover all your cravings & you can still feel good about them! You can also stop by our restaurant after a workout session for our wide selection of power smoothies & protein shakes featuring NutraOne proteins.
