Hualapai Elementary
Vision
The mission of Hualapai Elementary is to provide students with the educational tools to become effective citizens and leaders.
Who we are
Hualapai Elementary is a school of about 800 students in grades K-5 nestled near the foot of the Hualapai Mountains in Kingman Arizona. We offer a variety of educational options including accelerated classes for grades 1-5, as well as volunteer and resource support.
Additionally, Hualapai has several extra curricular activities such as Band, Chess, Yearbook, and Homework clubs. We offer Friday School on select Fridays throughout the year and Intersession school during school breaks.
We are proud to announce that, Hualapai received the honor of earning an "A" from the state department of education based on our students growth during the 2022 AZM2 test.
Our History
Hualapai Elementary has served the community of Kingman since 1982. At the time, Hualapai was the third public school in Kingman Elementary School District, which later unified into current day KUSD. Over 50,000 students and 1,000 staff members have graced these halls.
