Organized and consientiousness: a Good doctor shoud be organized and vigilant about details, able to recommend screening tests, to get ther questions anserwed to provide a clear plan of action upon leaving their office. 

Empathy and care:  A good doctor shoud be empathetic and make patients feel cared for.  They should know how to make a patient feel as though they are being heard, their concerns are valid and will receive the care they need.

Humility and respect: A good doctor should be humble and be respectful towards their patients. They should be willing to admit when they don't know something and open to learn from their patients.

Skillful resources: A good doctor should be able to use skillful resoures for finding workable solutions. To help their patients find specialists for their medical condition or look for alternatimves to their current treatment, especially if its not working.
