Mission Statement:  The Kigman Downtown Merchants' Association was organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Historic Downtown area: that Kingman's Citizens, Business' and Visitors shall become enriched and emersed in the deep western heritage Kingman has to offer.

In 2016 KDMA worked hand-in-hand with the City of Kingman to develop an 'Entertaiment District'. This overlay in the downtown area occupies one-square mile and provides many unique zoning exceptions and exceptions beneficial to the revitalization and re-development of downtown.

The goals of the Kingman Downtown Merchants are simple:

• Promote growth through entrepreneurialship

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive advertising and promotion

• Develope partnerships with and for other organizations interested in the growth of downtown Kingman

• Promote and develop a unique downtown area, “The heart of Kingman”.

The Kingman Downtown Merchants' Association hosts or creates several annual events each year. We typically see motorcycle runs, car shows, high school parades, home coming events and the like. Perhaps two of the more popular events include The Veteran's Parade and the Christmas Parade have been enjoyed by thiousands of reidents and visitors alike.

Veteran's Day Parade-

This parade is scheduled on the closest Saturday (before or after the 11th of November) each year.

The parade route is on Beale Street from 5th to 1st streets and begins at 10:00 am

Veterans, Veteran Orginations. clubs and posts may register for free.

The Very Merry Street of Lights- (Drive-thru parade)

This unique all day long Drive-thru-Parade event consists of vendors and static lighted floats along the parade route.  KDMA is proud to add this year's Mingle Jingle Christmas Bizaar. Dozens of booths will be setup inside the Beale Celebrations event hall. This doors will be open at 10:00am.

This parade is scheduled on the 1st Saturday in December every year.

The parade route is on Beale Street from 5th to Grandview Ave.

Walkers may shop and visit merchants, vendors and floats throughout the day.  Drive through visitors are welcome beginning at 6:00pm
